Packaging
Each print is shipped in a rigid tube, carefully rolled in acid-free tissue to protect the archival quality of your print. If multiple prints are ordered they can usually be shipped in a single tube, however if additional tubes are required they will be provided at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Since each print is custom printed upon ordering, please allow sufficient time for the order to be processed and the print to then be shipped. Inside Canada orders are usually delivered within two weeks. Each order is insured for the value of the print(s) in the shipment. While shipping is very reliable, things can happen. In the event that a print is damaged or confirmed as not delivered, it will be replaced at no extra cost to you.
All due care and caution will be taken to ensure you receive your print in a timely manner, and in perfect condition. Please contact me if there are any issues as your satisfaction is extremely important to me.
Shipping Cost
Final shipping costs may be determined as part of the ordering process. Standard delivery within Canada will be $25.00 shipped regular parcel with Canada Post in a 3" x 24" rigid tube.
If you prefer other carriers, have a need for faster delivery, prefer the print to ship flat-packed, or if alternative carriers are needed due to unavailability of Canada Post services, rates will be determined based on circumstances.
